Established 1985, located in the very heart of Vienna, PR International is one of the best-known PR agencies in Austria. Renowned for our excellent working relationship with the local media, we promote national and international brands who seek coverage for their products, brands and events in the German speaking press.
From large multi-nationals to small independents, we work across a broad range of fields, writing press releases, organizing press conferences, creating innovative events and collaborations that remain in memory. Be it continuous PR consulting, social media and content creator handling, or the organization of outstanding events – lifestyle and luxury are our core business.
In 2017 the agency was taken over by the next generation. As the new owner Gloria Traxl brings almost 20 years’ experience in public relations and aims to lead PR International together with her team toward a successful future.
The last milestone was set in 2024, when PR International acquired the renowned agency BBPR by taking over its clients and its team. Now our agency is not only leading in terms of the quality of our work but also size-wise in the field of lifestyle and luxury PR in Vienna.

When our jewelry client opened its new boutique in Vienna, we were asked to develop complementary press and content creator activities as well as to create the comprehensive guestlist for the sparkling night.
For the grand opening of the boutique, we had the pleasure to create the guestlist of VIPs, potential clients, press and content creators.
To welcome the Italian cult-brand in Vienna’s city center, we had the pleasure to create, organize and comprehensively execute the grand opening event and subsequent dinner and to compile a spectacular guestlist of VIPs, prospects and press.
Full-service was our motto of this collaboration. We created, organized and executed Ferragamo’s entire opening event including comprehensive guestlist.
When the Italian luxury-brand decided to re-open at a new venue in Vienna, we were asked to compile the guestlist for the event including celebrities, potential clients and content creators and managed the outfitting for chosen top-stars.
For the launch of the luxury magazine in Austria, we created and organized this legendary event at the French embassy. Additionally, we created a glamorous guestlist to celebrate the new magazine.
Creation, organization and comprehensive execution of the opening event were entrusted to us. Additionally, we created the guestlist consisting of VIPs, potential clients, press as well as content creators and organized celebrity-outfitting for the festive night.
Assisting our long-term client throughout numerous event projects over the years, we’ve had the honor to compile various guestlists, organize location visiting tours for their international teams and help to decide on manifold event details that created unforgettable moments.

Yet another luxury brand that allowed us to take responsibility for their store opening guestlist by inviting high-end prospects, VIPs and press to their grand opening.
The creation of an unforgettable store opening including exclusive dinner that followed the store cocktail were entrusted to us. Event creation, organization, comprehensive execution, and the exceptional guestlist were fulfilled by our team.
Relaxed networking, insightful conversations, and one-on-one exchanges create the perfect atmosphere to convey the essence of each brand. Pressdays are therefore an ideal platform for teasing individual projects and future collaborations. More than 100 editors, stylists, and influencers participate in these open-house events twice a year.
Since 2019, we have had the pleasure of hosting a yearly lunch for leading beauty editors on behalf of the cosmetics brand Babor. During this event, new products are introduced, and relationships are strengthened. The concept, organization, and guest list are entirely managed by us, allowing the client to arrive from Germany and enjoy the event on-site.
For the launch of BVLGARI’s latest perfumes, “Allegra,” we invited select journalists to a multisensory experience. The fragrances were brought to life with intricate attention to detail through floral arrangements, décor, and culinary delights, allowing guests to explore the scents during an Italian aperitivo.
Traditions should be cherished! We had the honour of supporting the traditional local brand Julius Meinl at the Viennese Coffee Brewers Ball. On the one hand, we were able to inspire the local press with local activations and make the event the talk of the town. On the other hand, we had the pleasure of supporting the international team in the planning, design and realisation of the press trip for journalists from all over the world to stage an unforgettable experience for them, celebrating Vienna and its coffee house and ball culture – both of which are intrinsically linked to the Julius Meinl brand.
We have often had the pleasure of engaging content creators with invitations to showcase the latest innovations from our beloved luxury giant. These included inviting male influencers to a Tailoring Caravan and female influencers to the presentation of the latest handbag collections.
The art of inspiring content creators is in a class of its own. We created an interactive happening for pop artist Franz-Josef Baur and his ‘Fading Youth’ series of works inspired by childhood memories. On this occasion we invited the most important influencers to an art class. After an introduction about inspiration and technique, the content creators were allowed to pick up a paintbrush themselves. The highlight was a model that became an art and photo object himself, dressed up with an oversized Mickey Mouse head.
Harnessing synergies and bringing together people and brands is one of our core strengths. A perfect example of this was the collaboration between omnichannel optician Mister Spex and German cosmetics brand Babor. Through a gifting initiative consisting of the recipients’ favorite sunglasses from the Mister Spex collection paired with premium sun care products from Babor, the country’s most prominent content creators were surprised and perfectly equipped for their summer holidays. This entirely product-based seeding campaign turned into a social media highlight, creating a buzz that benefited all parties involved.
The campaign slogan “BE LOVE” inspired us to showcase that a piece of jewelry is so much more than just an accessory. Selected micro-influencers were invited to choose their favorite pieces from Pandora’s collection and, through aesthetic and heartfelt content, revealed which designs made their hearts skip a beat.
